About WWOOF
WWOOF is an exchange program. In return for volunteer help, WWOOF hosts offer food, accommodation and opportunities to learn about organic lifestyles.
WWOOF Poland compiles and publishes for its members a list of host farms throughout Poland. Through our website, you can contact the farm(s) which you wish to visit and make the necessary arrangements for your stay.
WWOOF Poland is affiliated to the International WWOOF Association (www.wwoof.org and www.wwoofinternational.org) which promotes environmentally friendly farming and consumer habits by helping bridge the gap between consumers and environmentally-responsible farmers.

Are you enthusiatic and motivated when it comes to learning about and working on projects that are environmentally friendly/sustainable, etc.?
Are you willing to work outdoors on tasks that may be difficult and physically demanding?
Are you happy to do what may be mundane work such as weeding, fencing, etc.?
Are you a respectful and courteous guest in the homes of others?
Are you willing and able to fit in with lifestyles that may be very different to what you are used to?
Do you want to experience the 'real' Polish lifestyle, meet and live with Polish families and share in their daily chores such as cooking and cleaning?
If most of your answers are positive than WWOOF is definitely for you !
WWOOF is about giving as well as receiving. If you are simply looking for a free meal and bed WWOOF may not be for you.
